What Is Garden Trading?
The newest members of the Joules Family, Garden Trading, pride themselves on having something for everyone. From outdoor seating and indoor furniture, accessories and lighting, to storage and kitchenware, their curated collections consider every little detail of your living space.
Since 1994, Garden Trading’s ranges have taken inspiration from both the British countryside and city lifestyle trends, bringing their customers products for the home and garden that blend practical and uncluttered function with effortless style. Taking huge pride in designing and developing each of their collections, Garden Trading’s dedicated team source innovative materials and skilled artisans who bring their ideas to life in accordance with the highest manufacturing standards.
How Can I Differentiate Garden Trading Items From Joules Items?
Good question! When you’re scrolling through the Joules site, you’ll see a line under the product title that will state ‘by Garden Trading’. Joules products will say ‘by Joules’ below, too. And the name of each individual Friends of Joules seller will be clearly stated as well.
How Can I See Only Joules / Garden Trading / Certain Seller Items?
At the top left of any category page on the site there is a ‘filter’ button, just click on this and select the drop down box that says ‘sold by’ – here you can then select Joules or Garden Trading. You can also filter by ‘brand’ in the same way, if you know which friend you’d like to see more from.
What Delivery Method Is Available For Garden Trading Items?
Garden Trading offers a standard delivery option. Don’t worry though, the postage cost and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at the checkout.
Do I Get Free Postage When I Spend Over £49 On Garden Trading Items?
Sadly not. Despite being part of the Joules Family, Garden Trading have their own delivery charges. These will be clearly displayed to you during the checkout process.
Can I Have My Garden Trading Order Sent Out With My Joules Order?
Unfortunately not, Garden Trading occupy another premises they will send any products directly to you, from them. So, please expect these in individual packages.
Can I Use A Promotional Code Against A Garden Trading Item?
Promotional codes that are exclusive to Joules products cannot be used against Garden Trading items and this will be clearly highlighted within the wording of any promo. Should we run a code that includes Garden Trading, we’ll make sure this is communicated to you!
Can I Pay For My Garden Trading Order With A Joules Gift Card?
Our gift cards are exclusive to Joules products and cannot be redeemed against Garden Trading items – sorry!
Will I Receive An Order Confirmation Email?
Of course! You will always receive an acknowledgement email once you have placed your order. Keep an eye out on your inbox though as you will also receive another order confirmation once the friend you are buying from has accepted and is processing your order.
Where Do I Need To Return My Order To?
In unfortunate cases when you need to return your Garden Trading product(s) they must be returned directly to the friend you bought them from and not to Joules. You should find the returns address enclosed within your order. You can also find the returns address here:

Can I Use The Joules Free Returns Label And Return To Joules?
If you wish to return an item, you must send it back to Garden Trading using the return method and address enclosed in your order – unfortunately, you cannot use the Joules free returns label for this (otherwise it’ll end up at our warehouse!) If you do not have the returns address, please don’t be afraid to contact the Joules customer service team who will happily provide this for you.
