About VQ

VQ was established in 2011 by Creative Director & CEO Jonathan Merricks with a very simple mission to bring a little more sound & style to the world of consumer electronics all from our Hampshire based design studios.

We started with digital radios, delivering a vintage collection where design choice and colour was just as important as audio quality. From there we’ve grown to include other audio products in our range and we’ve added mobile accessories with more exciting developments to come. We’re most proud that our award winning collection is now so loved and well respected that we have the opportunity to work creating products for Joules and other brands who all trust us to deliver products you’ll love.

Items typically delivered within 3-5 working days. Individual product lead times will be confirmed at checkout.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

For a full refund, send your item(s) to the address displayed on the delivery note enclosed in your parcel. The item should be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt of order for full priced items or 14 days of receipt of order for sale items. Please note items fulfilled by one of our sellers cannot be returned to a Joules store.
