About Floss & Rock
Floss & Rock was founded by husband & wife team Tim & Gill in January 2016. Based in the very British seaside town of Blackpool, famous for the tower, kiss me quick hats, miles of beaches, rollercoasters and most of all candy floss & sticks of rock….the inspiration behind our brand name!
When we are not riding donkey’s or walking our dogs on the beach we are in our studio creating and developing fabulous new ranges of gifts and toys for girls & boys!
We are passionate about what we do ….constantly travelling the globe looking for sources of inspiration.
Our products are manufactured with long standing partnerships with excellent ethical working standards. All products are CE tested to International Safety Regulations. We design our products to be the highest quality and long lasting.
Our products are often inspired by trends and colours within our industry. The life cycle starts as a dream, this is then translated to pen and paper, then drawn up by our amazingly talented graphic designers. Seeing your ideas become an actual product is so exciting! Items typically delivered within 3-5 working days. Individual product lead times will be confirmed at checkout.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
For a full refund, send your item(s) to the address displayed on the delivery note enclosed in your parcel. The item should be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt of order for full priced items or 14 days of receipt of order for sale items. Please note items fulfilled by one of our sellers cannot be returned to a Joules store.
