From booking shopping slots and safety measures in place, to handy tips and things you’ll need to do on the day, please take time to read the important changes we’ve made below…
With your help we’ve been able to control the number of people shopping at any one time and allow time for cleaning between sessions.
In line with new guidelines around face coverings, we’re asking that you please wear one at all times whilst at the venue.
While we can all get a bit closer again, we’ve decided to keep distancing to 2 metres for added safety.
Please help yourself to hand sanitiser throughout the venue. For added peace of mind we’ll be regularly cleaning throughout the day
We’ve introduced wider aisles and a handy map to help you find what you’re looking for a little easier.
Our till areas have protective screens and we encourage card or contactless payment where possible.
Please wait until you are in the comfort of your own home to try on items as our fitting rooms are closed. Don’t forget though, we’ve extended our returns policy
These are difficult times that we’re all going through together. Please be patient with our staff and kind to everyone, always.
Please have your booking confirmation with you as this will ensure you get your £5 deducted at checkout. We’d love to save paper, so no need to print it out, just present it on your phone.
We’d appreciate it if you could turn up 15 minutes early so we can check you in and ensure you get the most out of your shopping slot.
We know it’s easy to get carried away with so much to browse, but please stick to your 1.5 hour time slot to keep things running smoothly.
Please bring along your own shopping bag to fill with bargains!
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not book or attend a shopping slot and follow the latest Government advice.
Please check for the latest advice on local lockdowns before travelling.
If you need to return any of your Big Sale purchases, we ask that you send them to our warehouse using a freepost label that you can print from here.
Please put a copy of your till receipt and your card receipt in the parcel and include a covering letter with your name, address and contact details. Without the copy of both of your receipts we will be unable to issue a monetary refund if one is due. Your statutory rights are not affected. Then just nip it down to the Post Office with your free returns label and pop your parcel into the post.
