Shopping Codes

From time to time Joules will release discount codes (“Codes”) via email or other marketing channels. These Codes will allow a discount to be applied to your order at joules.com, via phone calls to our customer services team or in Joules stores as specified on the relevant email or marketing communication. To apply the Code at Joules.com please enter it where specified during the check-out process. To apply the Code via customer services, please quote the Code at the start of your call. For purchases in Joules stores you must present the Code to store staff by producing a printed copy of the email or marketing communication or show it on a mobile device. The discount will then be applied to your order.

Please note that save as expressly stated, Codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale, special buy or promotional items, to purchase gift cards or on products supplied by any of our Friends of Joules partners. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Codes are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the relevant email or marketing communication, they cannot be used outside of that time period. Codes are not valid in Joules Outlet stores or concessions. Where a qualifying spend is noted in relation to use of a Code, if an item and items purchased using that Code are later returned to us which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund.   1. Joules Gift Card Terms And Conditions
    1. Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at any Joules stores (including Standalone shops in the United Kingdom only, excluding stockists) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). Gift cards cannot be redeemed against products offered by the Friends of Joules Marketplace or Garden Trading products at www.joules.com.
    2. They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
    3. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £10 and have a maximum value of £1000.
    4. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
    5. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of last use after which the remaining balance will be deducted.
    6. If any item purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the gift card.
    7. If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your printed till receipt.
    8. Gift cards should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. Joules will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
    9. Joules reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
    10. Joules reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.

  6. Big Sale Terms And Conditions
    1. The Harborough Hare Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14504304, with its registered office address at Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, United Kingdom, LE19 4AT (Joules) is the organiser of the Joules Big Sale (the “Big Sale”).
    2. By purchasing a ticket for the Big Sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
    3. All attendees at the Big Sale must have a relevant adult or child ticket, which must be shown at the venue door. We would love to save paper, so no need to print it out, just present it on your phone.
    4. Groups must be no larger than six (6) persons.
    5. Late arrivals are not guaranteed entry to the Big Sale and Joules reserves the right to refuse you admission if you do not arrive by the start of your pre-booked time slot.
    6. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times at the Big Sale.
    7. Adult ticket deposits can be redeemed via a deduction from the ticket holder’s first purchase of Joules’ branded products at the Big Sale over £5 and is redeemable at the Big Sale only. It cannot be redeemed on purchases made in-store, online or via Customer Services.

    10. All Big Sale attendees must follow the latest government guidelines in regards to Covid-19 safety at all times whilst attending the Big Sale at the Big Sale venue.
    11. Online booking of tickets for the Big Sale is run by the third-party service, Eventbrite (www.eventbrite.co.uk). Errors made when booking a ticket are your responsibility and Joules will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by the supply of incorrect personal information. It is your responsibility to check that the tickets issued to you are correct.

  9. Joules Rewear Takeback Rules
    1. Only genuine Joules branded items can be traded in, non-Joules branded or non-complying items cannot be returned and will be recycled.
    2. Receive a discount code for up to a maximum of £25 per takeback (depending on the items returned (see table below)) to spend next time you shop at Joules, online or in store.
    3. Discount codes can only be redeemed against the following minimum spends:
      1. Use your £5 discount code when you spend £15 or more
      2. Use your £10 discount code when you spend £30 or more
      3. Use your £15 discount code when you spend £45 or more

  10. Farms for City Children Donation Payment Terms
    1. These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the campaign with The Harborough Hare Limited (“Joules”). The donation is made following an initial purchase and reuses your chosen payment details. The donation is one -off. By confirming on the Joules Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation. The amount donated is directly given to the charitable organisation.
    2. Farms for City Children (further referred to as us or we) is a registered charity in the United Kingdom under registration number 325120. Our registered office is Huxham Barns, Huxham, Exeter, EX5 4EJ.
    3. If you make an error in your donation, please contact us either by email to fundraisingfarmsforcitychildren.org, by phone at 01392 276678 or by post at Huxham Barns, Huxham, Exeter, EX5 4EJ within 14 days of making a purchase, and a full refund will be made to you. Evidence of the original transfer must be submitted to us for a full or partial refund.
    4. We reserve the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions at any time. These Donation Payment Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
  11. Free delivery on all standard UK orders over £59
