Shopping Codes

From time to time Joules will release discount codes (“Codes”) via email or other marketing channels. These Codes will allow a discount to be applied to your order at joules.com, via phone calls to our customer services team or in Joules stores as specified on the relevant email or marketing communication. To apply the Code at Joules.com please enter it where specified during the check-out process. To apply the Code via customer services, please quote the Code at the start of your call. For purchases in Joules stores you must present the Code to store staff by producing a printed copy of the email or marketing communication or show it on a mobile device. The discount will then be applied to your order.

Please note that save as expressly stated, Codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items or to purchase gift cards. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Codes are valid for a limited period of time as specified in the relevant email or marketing communication, they cannot be used outside of that time period. Codes are not valid in Joules Outlet stores or concessions. Where a qualifying spend is noted in relation to use of a Code, if an item and items purchased using that Code are later returned to us which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund. All orders are subject to acceptance and any improper use of Codes may result in the cancellation of your order. All orders are subject to availability. Specific offer terms and conditions are provided with each Code - for specific information relevant to that Code, please refer to the email or marketing communication on which it is featured.

    1. Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at any Joules stores (including Standalone shops in the United Kingdom only, excluding stockists) and online (subject to website terms and conditions).
    2. They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
    3. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £10 and have a maximum value of £1000.
    4. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
    5. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of last use after which the remaining balance will be deducted.
    6. Balance enquiries can be obtained in store, online or by calling 0345 250 7160
    7. If any item purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the gift card.
    8. If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your printed till receipt.
    9. Gift cards should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. Joules will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
    10. Joules reserves the right to refuse to accept a gift card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
    11. Joules reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
