About Flossy Teacake

Hello! I am flossy the owner of Flossy Teacake and we create greetings cards and giftware inspired by typical British life and my childhood memories of living in a village. We are based in the heart of the Peak District and are a true family business with my husband and mum working alongside me. We have 3 boys under 5 who are full of adventure and mischief but also are our biggest motivation.

Items typically delivered within 3-5 working days. Individual product lead times will be confirmed at checkout.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

For a full refund, send your item(s) to the address displayed on the delivery note enclosed in your parcel. The item should be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt of order for full priced items or 14 days of receipt of order for sale items. Please note items fulfilled by one of our sellers cannot be returned to a Joules store.
