How to use Click & Collect
1. Place your order online. As part of the checkout process you will be offered the choice of home delivery or Click & Collect (if available for the product(s) you have selected). Simply enter your postcode or town to find your nearest participating store, select and proceed to payment.
2. Once confirmed, we will send you an email and SMS text when your order is ready to collect. Each store states its estimated delivery time and opening hours.
3. What will I need to collect my order? Simply bring along any email or text message you’ve received relating to your order. You can show it on your phone or bring along a print out. You’ll also be asked security questions about your order and address and be asked to sign for your order. Your order will be held in store for seven days.
What if my postcode isn't recognised?
If your postcode isn’t recognised then you can simply override this by entering it manually.
How can I save my delivery address?
To save your delivery address for your next order you will need to create an account at the end of checkout by entering a password.
Why do you ask for a mobile number?
This is so we can text you to let you know what time to expect your parcel
What's an address nick name?
This is so you can save an address to save you having to re-enter details each time you order. Enter a nickname that is easily recognisable for next time
Someone collecting on your behalf
If you would like someone else to collect your oder on your behalf, they need to bring the confirmation email (either printed or on their phone) along with the photo ID in the name of the person that has placed the order.

What do I need?
Once your order has been received at your chosen CollectPlus store, you will receive your unique barcode via email, and you can go and collect your order. If you've given us your mobile phone number, we'll also send you a text message with your barcode when your goods are ready for collection. The time of day your order is available will vary as it depends on the time your order is scanned in as received by the CollectPlus store.
Your confirmation email and/or text will contain your unique barcode, so please bring this with you as proof of purchase, along with proof of ID. For your protection against fraud, we can’t release your order without seeing proof of ID. You can use any of the following as proof of ID:
• Driving License
• Utility/mobile phone bill
• Wage Slip
• Bank statement or bank/building society book
• Cheque guarantee/credit/debit card or Cheque book
We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but the person you've nominated must present your CollectPlus barcode, and your proof of ID. The ID presented must be in the name of the person who placed the order.
Your order will be available for collection at your chosen store for 10 days, after which it will be returned to our warehouse and your account will be refunded, but please allow up to 2 weeks for this.

Our Saturday delivery service is currently available to mainland UK postcodes only, and excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G83, G84, HS, IM, IOM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PL, PO, TD, TR, ZE. Any orders that are placed for Saturday delivery within these exclusions zones will be despatched on a Standard UK delivery service at the current Standard delivery times.
International delivery costs are £9.00 for delivery to European countries and £16.00 for delivery to the rest of the world.
