What shows are you attending this year?

We visit lots of shows up and down the country. If there’s a particular show you want to know if we’re attending please email joulesteam@joules.com or call 0845 250 7170 (Option 2) and we will be able to provide you with details. Alternatively visit our Facebook or Blog to see show updates or ask questions. Unfortunately, we will not be able to tell you what stock we will be taking as this is only decided a few days before an event – but rest assured there will be plenty for you to choose from.

When is your next big sale?

Our BIG sales are announced via our mailing list to customers in and around the area where the sale is to be held. If you want to be kept up-to-date with news, events and promotions at Joules, please join our mailing list.

How do I return and item from a show?

If you have purchased a product from one of our shows, we will be more than happy to accept a return under our returns policy. To return an item please put a copy of your till receipt and your card receipt in the parcel and include a covering letter with your name, address and contact details and return the parcel to Joules Ltd, Returns Department, Saxon Way West, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 9ES. Without the copy of both of your receipts we will be unable to issue a monetary refund if one is due. Your statutory rights are not affected
