What are the different vaules of gift vouchers i can buy?

You can buy gift vouchers in denominations of £5, £10, £20 and £50. Simply select the amount you like, how you would like them to receive it and also the recipients details.

Where can you spend a Joules gift voucher?

Our gift vouchers are redeemable online or by phone. Please note gift vouchers purchased online cannot be used in store or at our show stands.

How long do gift vouchers last?

Our gift vouchers last until they are 12 months old – after which they unfortunately expire.

I have lost my gift voucher, can it be replaced?

If you have lost or misplaced your gift voucher please contact our Customer Services Team on 0845 250 7170 or email them on joulesteam@joules.com. Before you do please ensure you have the following details to hand; the date when the gift voucher was purchased, the name and address of the person who purchased the gift voucher and the name of the recipient.

What can i do if my recipient hasn't received their e-gift voucher?
