For UK deliveries, When your order has been despatched, you'll receive a despatch confirmation email with a link to track your parcel.

You can track the progress of your parcel at and enter your reference number in the Parcel Number box. - this will give you the up to date status of your order.

Most do, but there are a few exceptions. We also offer this service in a small number of our stockists too. If you take a look at our Store Finder this will detail which stores and stockists are available for Click and Collect.
PayPal payment is currently available for UK Home and International deliveries. At the moment we do not offer this method of payment for Click and Collect orders.
You will receive an email and a text message your order is ready for collection.
Simply bring along any email or text message you’ve received relating to your order. You can show it on your phone or bring along a print out. You’ll also be asked security questions about your order and address and be asked to sign for your order.
Yes, but they’ll have to bring along confirmation of your order. A forwarded email or text message on their phone or a print out will be fine. They will also be asked security questions regarding your order and address.
You can try your order on instore and exchange it there and then if need be.
We will return it to our warehouse and refund your account.
Yes. If you contact the store they’ll be more than happy to help. Their number can be found on the email we send you when your order is ready to collect and at our Store Locator.
You can return it in the shop or by using the returns label you’ll find in your parcel.
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order it cannot be cancelled until the store sends you confirmation that it is ready for collection. You can then contact the store and they will return your order to our warehouse who will process the refund. Alternatively, you can pop into the store and they can refund you straight away.
