What about your Next Day Delivery?

Next Day Delivery costs £5.95
Order before 6.30pm Monday – Thursday to ensure you get your order the following day.

Next Day deliveries require a signature. You'll receive a text message from UKmail the night before your parcel is due to be delivered; it will give you the option change to your delivery date if required. If you happen to miss it, a card will be left for you to rearrange delivery with UKmail.

What about your Supersaver Delivery?

Supersaver Delivery costs £1.00
This is an untracked service delivered by your local postman.
Delivery times 4 – 7 working days.

What is your UK standard delivery charge?

Standard delivery is £3.95.
Standard deliveries do require a signature. You'll receive a text message from UKmail the night before your parcel is due to be delivered; it will give you the option change to your delivery date if required. If you happen to miss it, a card will be left for you to rearrange delivery with UKmail. Standard UK deliveries are from Monday to Saturday and are a tracked service.

And European delivery?

We deliver to all European countries for £9. This can take between 5 - 7 working days.

Internationally?

Postage is £16 for delivery outside of the EU. Please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery.

Do you deliver to BFPO

Yes we do. The same charges apply, however delivery times may vary.

What happens if i'm out when the parcel is delivered?

If you happen to be out and the parcel won't fit through your letterbox, a card will be left for you with the address of your local sorting office, for next day delivery UKmail will leave a card with details on arranging redelivery.

Has my order been despatched yet - How do i track my order?

When your order has been despatched, you'll receive a despatch confirmation email with a link to track your parcel.

You can track the progress of your parcel at www.ukmail.com enter your reference number in the Parcel Number box. - this will give you the up to date status of your order.

What happens if the order i receiev is faulty or incorrect?

In the rare and unfortunate event of your order being faulty or incorrect please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Services Team on 0800 988 4610. Alternatively you can email joulesteam@joules.com or write to them at the following address, Joules Clothing, PO BOX 7128, Corby, NN17 9AQ.

An item seems to be missing from my order...

Please ensure this item isn’t on backorder. If it is, we will have delivered the items we had in stock first and the rest as they arrive. Rest assured you will only be charged on postage fee. If it isn’t on backorder, simply give our Customer Services Team a ring on 0800 988 4610.
