Cleaning Joules Wellington Boots:Wipe and dry naturally after use. Use only lukewarm, soapy water. Never use solvents to clean. Store in a cool, dry location and never store boots whilst damp. Avoid storage near sources of artificial heat or direct sunlight. Do not store folded or creased. Joules recommend using Rubber Boot cleaners to preserve the life of our Wellingtons.
In certain environmental conditions, white marks may appear on Joules Wellington boots. This is not a defect but a release of protective wax that can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. If this does not remove these marks, then a suitable Rubber boot cleaning product should be used.

Returns
If, for any reason, you would like to return your Joules order, you can send it back to us with a valid receipt within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. No problem whatsoever.
Goods are returned at your own expense. We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be made by original payment method. Full details of how to do so are included with your order. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
